Hydraulic shearing machine are multipurpose devices used in the cutting of alloys and other sheet metal. It is consists of a fixed bed to which one blade is mounted, a vertically advancing crosshead and a series of hold-down pins or feet that hold the material in place while the cutting occurs.
All of G-Press adopts the CNC system, and the accumulator returns smoothly and quickly. The straightness of shear plate is ± 0.02mm per meter. The cut plate can be used for laser welding. The CNC system control the length, width, thickness and angle of shearing.

How can I choose the press brake best suited to my needs?
If you provide us with information such as material type, length and thicknesses, we can study the best solution. You can also provide us with a workpiece drawing (preferably in dxf or dwg format) and we can also recommend suitable tooling.
What is your lead time?
The lead time for standard press brakes (up to 420T) is 30-45 days.
For bigger or customized press brake the lead time is established once all. Technical specifications are clear (minimum 3 months).

Our factory is in Dongtai city (about 3 hours from Shanghai). You can reach us by car or take the high-speed train directly from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Jiangsu Dongtai Station, which takes about two hours.
